首先你要有C#基礎(chǔ)吧，http://www.runoob.com/csharp/csharp-operators.html；其次你要知道數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是干嘛用的，可以百度搜；

安裝VS2017；這個(gè)是C#開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境，也可以弄數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；
  

然后就新建一個(gè)C#桌面應(yīng)用，畫(huà)一個(gè)按鈕

做設(shè)備，個(gè)人感覺(jué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)用的不多。不管是搞數(shù)據(jù)采集的上位機(jī)程序還是寫(xiě)視覺(jué)程序，我是基本沒(méi)有用過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。一般csv可以完成數(shù)據(jù)的保存了
